We process data provided voluntarily through the quote request forms: first and last name, company or organisation, email address, phone number, dates and locations of the requested service, number of passengers, presence of pets, and any free-text notes provided by the data subject. We also process navigation data automatically collected by the site's IT systems, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and access times.

Responding to quote requests and managing the pre-contractual and contractual relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); complying with legal, tax and administrative obligations related to the service (Art. 6.1.c GDPR); compiling aggregate browsing statistics, subject to consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Providing data is optional. However, refusing to provide the data requested in the forms makes it impossible to process the request and provide a quote.

Data may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email, analytics tools) appointed as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, as well as with drivers and partner operators involved in carrying out the requested service. Data is not disclosed or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Any transfers to third countries take place only towards providers offering adequate safeguards under Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Data relating to quotes that do not lead to a contract is kept for as long as necessary to manage the request. Data relating to contractual relationships is kept for the periods required by applicable tax and civil law.

Data subjects have the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, request portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
